The Pizza-Lover's Easy-To-Use Guide for Successful Pizza-Making at Home

GERMAN PORK & BEANS

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans  - (1# ea) Pork & Beans
2 cans  - (1# ea) Bavarian sauerkraut (drained)
1 can - (1#) applesauce
1 cup - firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. - dry mustard
¼ cup - bacon bits
1 tsp. - seasoned salt
⅛ tsp. - garlic powder
⅓ cup - chopped onions
¼ cup - molasses

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in at least a 3 quart casserole. Bake at 400º for 1½ to 2 hours.

Beans won't burn on top if covered with strips of bacon.
