 New York-Style Pizza Sauce Recipe
 
 
New Yorkers are particular about the taste of their pizza sauce and you will be too after trying this pizza sauce recipe!
 
 
Ingredients:
 
 
2 cans (14.5 oz.) - Roma or Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, (or substitute your favorite)
 1 can (14.5 oz.) - Roma or Furmano's Pizza Sauce, (or substitute your favorite)
 1/4 tsp. - Dried oregano, crushed
 1/4 tsp. - Dried basil, crushed
 1/4 tsp. - Dried marjoram, crushed
 1/2 tsp. - California garlic salt
 1/4 tsp. - Cayenne or black pepper

 

 Preparation:
 
 
Combine all ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour. Let cool to room temperature.

 Refrigerate until ready to use.
